In this 6+ month contract role, you will be working onsite in a Broomfield, CO facility. If you are not local you need to have the ability to travel on-site at least 1x a month for a week at a time.
As the SDET you will be a part of the Systems QA team working on a dynamic/emerging motorization capability for the window shadings business that is the fastest-growing segment of the company. This position is part of an agile team of highly skilled testers and developers creating industry-leading motorized, connected, automated, products for Client. Job Description You will be designing, coding and deploying automated tests for mobile applications, smart home applications, and other network and cloud-based products that interact with our shading products.
Applications include:Android and iOS customer-facing and internal mobile apps,BLEdevices, BLE/REST integration with the on-premise PowerView Gateway IoT device, Google/AWS cloud services, and 3rd party Smart Home applications, such as Google Assistant, Alexa and Apple HomeKit.meKit.
Create/ code, maintain, and execute automated tests for user acceptance, regression,scalability, and performance.Work withdevelopment teams and systemsQA to define acceptance criteria for user stories.Align withengineering and management to identify gaps in functional coverage.Log, track, and manage defect issues.Provide go-live readiness assessments for sprint and program milestones.Analyze and reproduce field issues reported by Alpha/Beta program users.Exhibit actionable insights that drive future functional and design improvements.
Qualifications and KSAs
Acceptable training and experience A Bachelors or advanced degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science is highly desired.5+ years job experience infull software development or testing and test lifecycle required.
