Digital Product Manager, Site Optimisation and Personalisation, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
The purpose of this role is to pursue site optimization, personalisation and innovation strategies that drive conversion rates across all European markets. Whilst the strategy has been primarily focused on traffic acquisition over the last 5 years, a more mature site and journey requires key strategic focus on optimisation and personalisation as a lever for this growth and this role will be the enabler to tools that drive these KPIs.
Experience: 5+ years experience in a similar role where key objectives have involved testing (AB and otherwise), driving conversion rate, personalization projects, UX and UI (User Experience and Interface) projects, experience with site re-design projects and UAT (user acceptance testing) or similar, project management skills. Proved success in driving considerable conversion rate growth. Solid experience working with vendors, suppliers, agencies to provide CRO, AI/AR technologies, and personalization tools (sourcing, developing POC, POV, launch, roll out and analysis) is essential for this role, as well as a good understanding of the marketplace and industry standards.
Technical knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Web Analytic Tools (eg Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics) essential, understanding of AB testing tools and statistical significance testing (eg Abobe Test & Target) essential, Competence in Back Office tools to manage product algorithms - (eg Hybris Back Office, Salesforce, Square Space) essential, Advanced excel knowledge essential, Basic UX and UI understanding essential, Competent in Data Visualisation tools (Eg. Tableau) to support with Reporting to leadership preferred. Understanding of Product Management tool (PIM) (eg Salsify) preferred.
