We are hiring for an experienced Service Delivery Administrator to manage our client's Remedy system.
Skill-set Requirement
  • Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science or related;
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Service Management;
  • Ability to administer Remedy independently (e.g. configuration and maintaining of database);
  • Some experience in DevOps and ITIL;
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable preparing reports for management.

Desirable Skills
  • Experience in RemedyForce.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for IT Service Management;
  • Support and maintain the Remedy / RemedyForce platforms;
  • Assist the IT team in maintaining and enhancing IT processes;
  • Plan, test and deploy enhancements on Remedy / RemedyForce;
  • Collate and prepare reports for management review and audit purposes;
  • Track service improvement initiatives.
