In-depth capability and understanding of Server and Virtualization technologies and their application.

Ability to articulate and develop Server and Virtualization architectures and roadmaps for clients.

Experience in analyzing Client infrastructure to ensure that the infrastructure is ready for the Datacentre and Virtualization.

In-depth capability and understanding on NIM & NIMOL. In-depth Knowledge on AIX, Power Virtualization, HMC, IBM director.

Should have correct understanding of VIO , NPIV , VSCSCI , SEA , HEA , LPAR , Micro partitioning. Strong Hands-on experience on shell , Perl or Python scripting.

Good to have experience on HACMP,GPFS or Linux Clustering.

Experience in designing and / OR deploying Server and Virtualization with VMware vSphere, cloud and power virtualization.

Ability to produce high-quality written materials including proposals, business cases and plans which convey complex analysis and arguments in a concise manner.

Experience in estimating and project costing. Experience in providing consulting and assessment services in following: Server consolidation and virtualization using VMWare,KVM and Power Virtualization. Design and deploying Cloud IaaS solutions.

Design and deployment of Server builds using Linux on HP / Dell / IBM / Hitachi / Cisco Rack / Blade Servers and AIX on P-series.

Design & Implementation of Disaster Recovery Solution with VMware and Power.
