We are seeking for an experienced System Analyst / Lead Analyst (SAP HCM) to support & facilitate internal Human Resource and Payroll systems for our leading client.
Skill-set Requirement
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems;
  • Has 5+ years of experience in SAP Human Resources (HR) Management Systems;
  • Must have at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementation experience;
  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems;
  • Sound understanding of HR policy practices, and ability to incorporate and translate them into the HR system;
  • Exposure in User Experience ( UX ) requirement gathering and best practices;
  • Ability to examine issues from a strategic perspective to identify opportunities/gaps;
  • Strong planning and analytical skills;
  • Strong in verbal and written communications;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Good Vendor management, stakeholder communications, and management.

Desirable Skills
  • Certified in SAP HCM;
  • SAP HCM (ECC or HANA) is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving the transformation and integration of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and manage the transition;
  • Gather the core requirements of the users and design systems solutions;
  • Work on the enhancement and maintenance of the system, and ensure its effectiveness and responsiveness in facilitating HR processes;
  • Responsible for the user experience of all the stakeholders and translation into systems solution;
  • Actively and professionally engage different stakeholders in streamlining processes and increase the efficiency;
  • Work with stakeholders and technology team to develop and implement the overall change management and ensure a smooth transition to the new HR & Payroll System;
  • Propose new solutions/directions to improve the effectiveness and efficient implementation.
