What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications) We're looking for an Experience Design Lead from a consulting, digital or industry environment to join our team. You will have a background in UX Design and have experience in designing intuitive engaging customer journeys and machine interactions. At least 10 + years of end to end Experience Design experience including a range of Human Centered Design activates such as: User Research, User Experience Design, Service Design, Prototyping, Visual Design, User Interface Design and Interaction Design A strong portfolio of work where UI/Visual design is your focus Experience in leading teams of designers Embedded in multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated experience in ethnographic research techniques and usability evaluation Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into interactive product solutions A Strong Visual communication skills, using sketching and other tools to articulate thoughts about complex problems, datasets or experimentation A Strong knowledge of a broad range of tools or technologies including Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Framer, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools and AfterEffects A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates strong human centered design capabilities and core craft-skills across a variety of clients and industries showing process, methodologies and success Know-how to driver operational and client service excellence, presenting project results to C-Level Experience working within both Agile/SCRUM methodologies Strong stakeholder conversation and relationship management experience Ability to work under pressure A Bachelor or Master's degree with above average academic performance in a design related discipline such as: Interaction Design, Interface Design, Human Computer Interaction, Service Design with an emphasis on User Experience
