In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Support Key Functional Stakeholders within SG Customer Centre through Data Analyses conducted Apply statistical approaches and perform exploratory data analysis Strong Business Acumen/Knowledge to prioritize business needs & promote effective analysis for respective stakeholders Derive hypothesis and perform data iterations to promote effectiveness of data analysis & to proactively identify meaningful data insights for stakeholder recommendations Prototype, build and regularly maintain/enhance dashboards across visualization tools (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau) via AGILE methodology to promote data transparency and empowering users with data self-serve opportunities across the Centre, embedding good UX design into data visualization tools to enable intuitive sharing of data Ensure alignment of key reporting metrics across dashboards and data outputs Execute and deliver assigned projects that supports pillars of CCTR Transformational Journey Collaborate and cross support Regional Customer Centre partners in sharing of best practices Support Business Analytics Manager in overseeing the teams initiatives and tracks
Preferably at least 4 years of experience in a business analyst function Mathematical/Statistical Knowledge (Basic Statistics and Relational Studies including ANOVA, Chi-Square, Clustering etc; Predictive Algorithms expertise would be an advantage) Programming Knowledge, in particular Qlikview/Tableau, Python and SQL Prior experience in leadership/mentoring(both formal/informal capacities) are preferred Related experience in process improvements, project management and leading change management would be an advantage

Excited to deal with numbers with clear and structured logical thinking Enthusiastic to uncover new opportunities to regarding new datasets collection and exploration Meticulous and analytical to make informed decisions from data Creative in sourcing for new data, taking a different lens on black data and in problem solving while adhering to data compliance guidelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive in conducting research, running experiments and performing iterations Ability to see beyond the parameters of a single project to identify patterns, risks, trends and strategic context more broadly within the organization Structured and motivated individual with good time management to oversee/ manage or prioritize multiple timelines High adaptability to handle new analytical projects Integrity and maturity to manage the sensitivity of data Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
SQL & Qlikview Data storytelling (would be advantageous) SQL Coding Expertise Knowledge in Python Knowledge in Qlikview/Tableau Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
