AppBuilder
AppBuilder is an mobile application development framework that uses PhoneGap/Cordova to create apps that work seamlessly on iOS, Android and Windows Phone. The developers write apps on AppBuilider in HTML5/JavaScript and since all the mobile operating systems support HTML5/JavaScript, an app once written can be published for different platforms. Additionally, the built-in simulation, debugging and deployment tools let developers use the hardware and operating systems they already have to build apps for the mobile device of their choice.
