Service Operation focuses on delivery and control process activities and aims for a steady state of managing services. In this course, you will learn the principles, processes, common activities, and implementation considerations of ITIL® service operation. The course will cover Operation Principles and Operation Process as well as Service Operation activities. The course will cover management level concepts and core information of the activities and techniques with in service operations.
