Course Description
In this ZBrush tutorial, we will cover the human body from head to toe, learning the most important aspects of anatomy as they relate to figurative art. Using French academic artist Jean-Joseph Perraud's work as our study guide, we will virtually dissect the human form, breaking our work into distinct sections of the body. We will be starting with 2D ecorche lectures, moving into 3D to further discuss and illuminate the information. By the end, with diligent study, this course will provide you with a strong foundation in the human figure that you can apply to your work. The knowledge gained in this series of tutorials can also be useful for comparative anatomy, creature design, and other design work. Software required: ZBrush 4R6.
