LG is going to be first major smartphone manufacturer to roll out Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Last year, LG has made the flagship Nexus device for Google while Motorola was first to get the latest Android update. But this year the situation has been reversed as Moto is in charge for the Nexus 6 while LG has announced itself as the first to offer the Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade.

The company said that we will start sending out the new version of Google’s mobile operating system this week to owners of its latest flagship smartphone, LG G3 - with Poland first on the list. LG’s has put its updates ahead of other mobile makers in the launch of Lollipop.

Even Google, who was naturally at the head of the pack for the Android updates, but they have to wait to push out the latest version to its existing Nexus devices, including nexus 5, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 tablets. "The new features and improvements in Android 5.0 will bring a whole new user experience to the G3 and make it even better than it already is."
