This Privacy Policy only applies to data gathered on the MyTechLogy.Com web site "Website", and does not apply to any other information or web site including, but not limited to, affiliated companies. In this Privacy Policy, "affiliated companies" shall mean entities that control, are controlled by or are under common control with Sciente International.

• Data Retention & Erasure – we have ensured that Personal Information is stored, archived and destroyed compliantly and ethically. We have dedicated erasure procedures in place to meet the new ‘Right to Erasure’ obligation. • Coach Agreements – where we use third-party affiliate coaches to view your professional profile information and your career analytics in order to deliver their coaching services to you we have drafted agreements with them to ensure that they meet and understand their/our GDPR obligations. However we cannot control the actions and practices of these coaches and cannot guarantee GDPR compliance on their behalf.

Third Party Web Sites

The Website and MyTechlogy mobile app contain links to third party web sites over which we have no control. We are not and cannot be responsible for the privacy policies or practices of other web sites linked from our Website. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those other web sites so that you can understand how they collect, use and share your information.

Notification of Purpose

The information we gather on the Website may be shared with any of the affiliated companies and coaches on a worldwide basis in order to deliver the products and services we offer to employers such as career analytics, career coaching services, and searches for job seekers or in order to undertake analysis of our database such as aggregate profiling of our registered users.

We gather information about our Website users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access the most. We only use such data anonymously and in the aggregate. Some of this data is analysed using, e.g., Google Analytics, a service offered by Google Inc. This information helps us determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can continually create a better overall experience for you. We collect, use and retain the professional profile and contact information supplied by you via the site screens and mobile app Personal Information to facilitate the delivery of personalized career analytics and coaching services, job searches and applications through our Job-search Portal, professional training and skills upgrading through our Online IT Courses, and to facilitate your use of our Forum, as well as facilitating the provision or purchase of other services or products by us.

For example, when you sign up to use a service, enter into a contest, or purchase a product, we may collect and retain Personal Information about you such as your name, IP address, country of residence, email address, qualifications or career history. We give you the option of uploading a display image or photo for your online profile. We may also collect and retain sensitive information about you such as information about your membership in a professional or trade association or trade union. MyTechLogy.Com also provides registered users with the opportunity to opt-in or opt-out of these types of communications through a user profile page. We give you the option of putting your resume in our database. It is not searchable by any third parties, but at your own volition you may share it with a coach or you may submit it to a third party as part of a job application. MyTechLogy.Com is not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes by coaches and third parties receiving your job application, including the submitted resume. You may remove your resume from our database at any time via your profile page.

Updating Account Information

We wish to ensure your Personal Information is complete, accurate and up to date. MyTechLogy.Com allows you to change or correct your Personal Information at any time. To do so, simply log into your MyTechLogy.Com account and you will find options for editing the information you have submitted

Access to Personal Information

You can gain access to the Personal Information you have provided by visiting our Website. If you need assistance to log in you can contact us by emailing enquiry@MyTechLogy.com. If you have not accessed your resume for some time we may also contact you to check your information is still correct.
