Position ResponsibilitiesRequirements:

Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Create Technical & Functional documentation of the system
Actively participate in analysing and problem solving
Independently work and deliver the quality work
Ensure compliance with established PMO procedures and methodologies
Ability to trouble shoot system issues by analysing logs, traces and errors
Understand the existing and new application and create understanding documentation
Solve the issues and keep the system up-to-date
Proactively track the issues and communicate it to the required stakeholders via defined communication channel
Work in onsite/offshore support model

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

2-4 years of experience in Software support & development
Understanding of SLA defined for L1L2 support work
Knowledge of Tools e.g., JIRA, Rally, BugZilla, Mantis etc.
Experience in handling L1L2 support for ERP systems and other third party applications
Understanding of SDLC and application support
Experience of working in a team as well as a strong individual contributor
Good know how of creating documentation and user manual for existing and new application
Good technical background with understanding of application development & support
Exposure to any content management system like Drupal, SharePoint etc.

Work Related Experience:

Strong Problem solving and analytical skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good team player
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Proven client facing exposure

Nice to have:

Agresso or any other ERP system
Using Confluence
2-3 years development or support experience on L.A.M.P
