[Description] In this commercial role, you will be responsible for defining the entire field marketing strategy for the region. You will be providing the team with go-to market strategies and marketing initiatives aimed at generating quality leads across APAC. You will also be responsible for all leads that are generated through events as well as online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving leads through major industry events and smaller targeted events in accordance to business segments
Qualifying these leads and ensuring ROI is tracked through conversion ratios
Tapping onto these leads to further grow market share in emerging markets like Singapore and China
Working with key channel partners and end users through targeted marketing campaigns
To succeed in this Field Marketing Manager role, you need to have at least five years' experience in a lead generation role, preferably with exposure running targeted events. You should also speak business Mandarin as China is a key growth market for the firm.

Key Requirements:

At least five years' experience in a lead generation/field marketing role
Strong marketing automation experience, preferably within a technology environment
Independent worker with strong business acumen
Excellent communication skills
Business Mandarin is highly preferred is liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients in China
