Strategy

Deliver Project SAIL implementation to countries within the region in line with the Operational Readiness frameworks for SAIL and FCRMP adhering to the Banks SDF 2.0 framework.

Operational Readiness

Accountable for the preparation, delivery and implementation of all aspects of the Operational Readiness plans for each deliverable of the workstream within the framework
Lead stakeholder and informal sessions at all levels, in order to involve and create a common understanding and consensus of operational priorities and objectives, to aid effective and efficient workstream delivery through all stages resulting in a smooth transition from project to BAU.
Work collaboratively with the Project SAIL and workstream team to identify and drive solutions to avoid potential operational conflicts across the full range of competing FCC priorities
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure conflicts or issues that could impact risk, delivery and quality are resolved effectively.
Analyse the timescales for the delivery of Operational Readiness activities vital to the workstream and ensure that these align with the transition.
Report to and support the Workstream Delivery Lead on the delivery of objectives within the Operational Readiness framework
Conduct business impact assessment for changes on all operational and downstream processes
Ensure all country specific regulatory and compliance requirements have been factored into the the project delivery
Facilitate the process to ensure all required country approvals are in place in a timely manner.
Manage the overall country readiness activities ensuring relevant parties have the required knowledge, skills and understanding to facilitate a successful implementation.
Oversee post production support activities
Measure outcomes on delivery post-implementation to evaluate benefits realisation.


Project Management

Demonstrate exceptional project governance ensuring project controls are clearly understood and complied with by the the project delivery workstreams
Ensure all project deliverables and approvals are stored in a structured discoverable format for future audit
Accountable for identification and escalation of potential risks and issues in line with the Project SAIL risk and issue management process
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and drive these initiatives to completion
Actively support FCC Assurance activities, Audit reviews and regulatory inspections for Project SAIL, providing input to the reviews, validation of issues and execution of arising management action plans relating to the supported countries
Deliver all allocated activities to the highest quality standard and call out when this is not the case

Experience

Change management and proven delivery experience
Extensive AML Transaction Monitoring Product experience
Track record of driving results through teams and challenging peers, stakeholders and third parties to achieve results
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of using lean tools and analytical techniques in a wide range of operational and project environments
