What youll be doing...

You will be responsible for leading a team that assures proper controls are in place to validate Verizon is billing all and only what should be billed to our subscribers. You will work to proactively identify, mitigate, and eliminate issues, while ensuring the integrity of the revenue stream.

The objective is to ensure products, services, promotional offers, equipment, usage and customer transactions are accurate in terms of billing and free of issues, whether related to software, network, provisioning or other activities. This includes identification of revenue leakage and potential causes of customer dissatisfaction, and managing end-to-end resolution of all issues, processes and solutions taking into account the needs of all of our business functions and channels.

- Ensuring we produce the highest quality product for our customers every day.

- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
- Sustaining an exceptional technical understanding of our wireless network and IT systems.

What were looking for...

Youll need to have:

- Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience leading a team.

Even better if you have:

- Masters degree.
- Six or more years of wireless experience.
- Proven expertise with databases.
- Demonstrated knowledge of wireless POS and billing systems, and reference data knowledge.
- Organizational, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment on multiple assignments and with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand, process, effectively plan, execute and drive clarity in an evolving environment.
- Experience and success with change management; ability to quickly shift as necessary.
- Team oriented mindset, with creative problem solving skills and an ability to collaborate with other work groups to solve complex issues.
- Capability of independent decision-making, and an in-depth knowledge of Wireless networks, rating, billing and products.
- Willingness to travel.
- Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
