An exciting opportunity is now available for a Project Manager with this leading FTSE 100 business to help develop a Property and Workplace Strategy and deliver changes to their physical work environment, how they work and the tools they use to do their job. This project pulls together Property and Facilities, IT and HR and is led by the Head of Property and Facilities. This role will also work closely with the Programme Management Office to provide regular progress updates to the board.

Your specific duties and accountabilities will include but are not limited to;

Help define and manage project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine activity and identify required resourcesCreate schedule and project timelineWork with a range of internal and external stakeholders to manage the delivery of the planManage project budgetMonitor and report on project progress: Management of RAID registers and regular reporting to the programme of progress and issues/risk impacting delivery.Present to key senior stakeholders or steering committeesFocus on the benefits and outcomes of change initiatives, to agreed time, cost and quality metricsEnsure quality of solution and project delivery is high, and ensure benefits are identified and realised.

In order to be considered for this role you will need the following skills and/or experience;

A strong background in Project Management ideally with experience in property construction/improvement and/or workplace strategy projects. Ideally Prince 2 qualified (or equivalent)Demonstrable capability of leading and delivering complex cross-functional projects and work streamsHas successfully delivered projects to cost, time and quality ensuring full benefit realisationAbility to manage multiple activities at the same time with conflicting priorities or dependenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparation of the relevant project documentation.Strong communication skills to ensure suitable and regular communication with key stakeholders, including the ability to lead and successfully engage up to and including board level and the ability to build close working relationships across the business and with suppliersMethodical, logical and flexible approach. Resilient and able to work under pressure and not fazed by complex problems or conflicting priorities. Co-operates and works well with others with a proven ability to work as one team to support project delivery
