On a day to day, this person will support franchisees and their restaurant technology. They are the escalation point to the owners, operations leaders and the companies franchisee consultants. They step in to help resolve critical issues, when they go beyond the standard SLAs of the support area. They also help answer questions in how to best use the technology in their groups. This person will guide, and control work activity involved in supporting the technologies used in the companies franchise environment. The support and escalations of issues from the Aloha Point Of Sale (POS) and FreedomPay platform rollout to franchised locations. The person in this position will also be responsible for working closely with NCR and other technology partners to identify, escalate, and resolve system technology or operational issues that are impacting the performance of the system. The person in this position will play a key role in providing and coordinating support to the companies franchisees and the companies field support staff on POS related issues that involve hardware, software, connectivity, process and data related issues.
