[Description] Responsibilities:
Challenge warranty where appropriate and support customer care / sales in doing so. Review & finalize failure analysis report for customers
Reduce warranty cost by accurate reporting & in-depth understanding of applications
To be the link between the centre, the on-site & field teams, the customer centers, applications & technical support and the customer centers/customers.
To ensure the team is self-sufficient for all levels of reporting.
To propose to central technical support new types of failure modes and new problem processes with supporting evidence.
Work directly & without close supervision with Field, Onsite, Sales, and Technical to gathering process data and background information of products and process.
Use of warranty test stand(s) to approve or challenge warranty failure and determine the correct warranty allocation, decision code selection and associated cost of warranty.
To select test criteria and observe warranty tests. Propose possible improvements to the test process, equipment and criteria.
Correspond, in conjunction with technical and account management, when required with customers on major quality issues
Write and approve failure analysis reports in SIMS and ensure appropriate data in SAP. Determine where possible root cause symptoms and record in SIMS and SAP. To complete reports in line with business targets.
Work with technical to improve root cause identification and to propose / track the impact of improvement

Graduate university and had experience problem solving, communication, leadership education and semiconductor Application knowledge
To liaise with customers & field on failure reporting
Identifying the most important failure modes and their origins.
Building up access to and experience with tools and techniques to aid failure analysis work.
Providing supporting data that will improve the lifetime of company's products
To record accurately failures in SAP and SIMS.
To improve the company systems to aid identification of failure modes
Salary details
USD 50000.00 to USD 80000.00
