[Description] Job Responsibilities:

Ensure Customer Service Performance meets Key Performance Indicators – Order-to-Cash lead time, inventory targets
Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external customers
Initiate or drive best practices through continuous improvement projects to improve customer satisfaction level, delivery lead time, productivity and effectiveness
Ensure proper documentation of all Quote to Delivery processes, which are in compliance with Corporate Policies on Revenue Recognition, Pricing, Import and Export Regulatory requirements, Business Ethics and Best Practices
Train end users and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure change management is implemented
Coordinate efforts with global and end users to assist on systems and process integration


Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in OTC role
Excellent communication skills which include the ability to articulate and transfer information
Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
Ability to take initiative and work independently and as a team
Willing to coach others on process and systems
