The role comprises of delivering onsite and remote professional services for their customers. This includes:
Responsibilities - Install and configure network automation platforms for customers - Create design documents. This includes from short statement of works, to HLDs, LLDs and implementation plans - Deliver training to network admins - Hold presales and scoping calls with customers in order to identify technical requirements - Help the support team solving support tickets.

Desirable skills (not essential) - Experience with network automation tools (Netbrain, Ansible, Chef, Puppet) - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology - MongoDB administration skills - Experience in level 3 Support

The office is based in Worthing, West Sussex which is easily commutable by car or train from Brighton, Horsham and Portsmouth with London Victoria Station approx 1.5 hours by train.
