IT Support Engineer / Sytems Administrator - Horsham

We are searching for an IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator to support systemsand users on our clients site. We have placed staff within another department recently and they have great things to say about this company. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of IT and work alongside the IT Support Technician to provide in-house IT support to all company staff and be responsible for maintaining and administrating the companys IT network / infrastructure.

The role:

Being the first point of contact for IT network and infrastructure related problemsMonitoring, maintaining and ensuring the uptime of the companys servers and business critical systemsWorking with the IT Support Technician to ensure smooth day to day IT operationsUpdating and maintenance of IT documentationLogging and tracking of IT support issuesConfiguring PCs (desktop / laptop) and printers for both office based and remote staff

The person suitable for this role will have all or most of the following attributes:

3 years experience in a lead IT support / engineer role, possess excellent all round IT skills, and looking to advance their career in IT within a commercial environment - .At least 3 years experience is essential

Knowledge and experience of the following is essential:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (some flexibility will be required for installations, implementations etc)


Circa 33,000 dependent on experience
