Compensation and Benefit Manager
[Description] Ensure the C&B practices & policies are consistent within the area and aligned to Company C&B guidelines where applicable
participate in market surveys which includes annual Total Rewards Survey and other C&B related surveys as necessary and analyze market data to benchmark C&B practices against market
conduct periodic reviews of benefits policies, or reviews as requested by Business HR, to ensure competitiveness to market/industry practices, policy accuracy and clarity.
oversee Singapore Flexi benefits & Insurance administration, including liaising with vendors, ensuring timeline is met, conducting yearly communication roadshows, reviewing employee Insurance, billing and related matters. contact point for payroll issue escalation
coordinate hiring requests and change requests for job grading
facilitate compensation proposal reviews and the approval process
provide advice on management of International Assignments in line with Global Mobility's policies and guidelines incl. working with external tax consultants for opinion on taxation
provide consultancy and support to Country Business HR Managers in the development and implementation of country-level C&B initiatives develop understanding on technical aspect of C&B among country HR teams
conduct monthly review and validation of International Assignees' payroll
Ensure C&B practices are compliant with internal audit requirements
Assist with the review of salary structure (pay bands)
Responsible for conducting the annual employee Salary Review and Bonus Process
Assist in rolling out incentive programs if requested by Business HR

Requirements:

Preferably Degree in HRM
4 years or more of C&B experience
Familiar with Singapore's labor laws, regulations and practices
Team player, meticulous and able to multi-task and meet tight deadline
Competent with Microsoft Applications e.g Excel (Advance-level), Words and PowerPoint
Candidates with payroll, tax and mobility experience will have an added advantage.
Salary details
USD 50000.00 to USD 80000.00
