Assistant Marketing Manager - Beauty [Description] Your new role You are responsible for all traditional marketing activities, including in-store prom, visual merchandising and event coordination. You have previous experience in new product development, marketing communications and partnership to drive sales and market awareness. Part of your role is to recommend marketing strategies to support brand development, in line with the brand strategic plan. You will need to conduct relevant consumer research and insights, perform markets trend analysis, provide business analysis on product / collection / price segment performances to ensure strategies are aligned with market changes.
What you'll need to succeed Bachelor Degree holder in, Marketing, Communication, Business or related disciplines. 5+ years Experience in beauty industry Concrete experience in managing interactive / digital marketing communications campaigns or projects is required. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Presentable, Excellent presentation skills including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management and different culture. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
