Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client a globally recognised bank to lead and manage overall risk process for banking proects.
Skill-set Requirement
  • Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology;
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing detailed project plans and delivering every project on time within budget and scope;
  • Strong experience in designing and implement risk management and processes for financial services projects;
  • Strong analytical skills with good understanding of Business/ Financial case to meet project objective with business PM;
  • Exposure to risk and governance management framework for the organization;
  • Familiar with performing regular quality assessment preparing quality checklist;
  • Hands on experience with agile delivery with clarity of product roadmap;
  • Familiar with Microsoft office applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and Microsoft SharePoint;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skill.

Desirable Skills
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationship with project stakeholders;
  • Assist in managing IT requisition for the project ensuring defects are assigned and resolved in a timely manner;
  • Perform risk management and identify potential risk that could impact the organization and project outcome;
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
  • Ensuring proper handover from development team to BAU teams;
  • Ensuring key project deliverables are inspected;
  • Support development effort charge out to projects and project financials;
  • Ensure budget submissions and review completeness of the submissions during annual budget exercise;
  • Submit Project Completion Report ensuring successful completion of the project;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders/vendors.
