Job summary The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Technical Service Manager with expertise in hybrid cloud platforms, cloud-native development, and middleware offerings to join us in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will support our sales efforts for the Indian market. Youll work as part of a team responsible for creating solutions and presenting compelling recommendations to Red Hats customers. Youll help our customers invest wisely in solutions that will give them maximum flexibility in the future, allowing them to run faster and more efficiently. As a Technical Service Manager, youll need to have extensive technical expertise, passion for open source, thorough understanding of business processes, and the ability to identify and create business solutions at the enterprise level. Youll also need to have excellent communication and people skills as youll be a crucial part of the first major experience our customers have with Red Hat.

Primary job responsibilities Present Red Hats hybrid cloud, cloud-native development, and middleware solutions and technical proposals to potential customers, addressing complex requirements, designing value-driven architectures, and explaining the application and ROI of these solutions
Support the Sales team by delivering compelling recommendations that result in the closing of new sales
Ensure that the booking quota, deployment, and service objectives are met while maintaining a high level of satisfaction among existing and prospective customers
Assist in developing cloud sales strategies to ensure that Red Hats objectives are met
Conduct live demonstrations of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Runtimes, Red Hat Integration, Red Hat Process Automation, and other offerings as needed
Serve as a technical point of contact for current and prospective customers and the consulting team
Provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications
Research and write responses to technical sections of requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs)
Form relationships with our customer technical associates to identify new opportunities
Gather architectures and designs and present solutions to meet customer needs
Lead and support presales workshops and demonstrations

Required skills 12years of experience working as an architect or equivalent supporting enterprise accounts
10years of experience with enterprise Java, covering development and integration use cases
5years of experience working with hybrid cloud platforms and cloud-native development
5years of experience working with middleware technologies including enterprise service buses (ESBs), messaging bus, and API management
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven record of developing relationships at the engineering, commercial, and executive levels
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Familiarity with enterprise architecture components like business, application, information, and technology architectures
Knowledge of networking and complex software integration
Ability to work on your own with excellent prioritization skills
Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification is a plus
Min 12 to 15 Years.
