Kforce has a client that is immediately adding a Full time Customer Project/Program Manager in support of our industry leading technology development client in Houston, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions. Responsibilities: Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects Manages corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems Responsible for business as well as team management Strategist: Recognized authority internally and externally on leading-edge technologies, theories, or techniques Provides innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups Determines and pursues courses of action essential in accomplishing objectives Integrates advanced technology, theories or techniques that have a significant continued impact across disciplines and business units Serves as organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs Champions large projects that effect the company's long-range goals and objectives
Job Requirements:


First Level University degree; Advanced University degree preferred Possess PMI PMP Certification or equivalent Possess ITIL v3 Foundations certification 15 years of experience in project management or in like roles/businesses Has an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the critical business success factors Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key services, operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques SAP PM knowledgeable of software, applications, migrations, and testing; For example: finance or human resources, including knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4 ERP systems Proficient with Jira for Agile project management Proficient with MS PowerPoint for status reporting and maintaining dashboards Working with global teams (US and India) Demonstrated proficiency with IT projects (software development, application deployment, infrastructure deployment) Demonstrated ability leading projects using project management best practices Prefer SAP Security implementation and monitoring experience Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
