Salesforce - Production Support - Financial Services - Up to 85k
Our client is an investment bank who are looking are looking for someone experienced in supporting and maintaining Salesforce to join their production support team. You will be tasked with providing user-facing Front Office support for both local and remote Salesforce users, as well as managing releases and enhancements with internal and external development teams. Rotational weekend work will form part of this role.
- Experience maintaining and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Previous experience of facing off to Front Office users within financial services
- Knowledge of principles of ITIL Incident Management
- Experience with SQL/Sybase or other relational database
- Disciplined approach, documenting all processes, issues and user stories
- Salesforce certification would be advantageous but not essential
