This data and analytics agency is currently experiencing extensive growth and on-boarding loads of reputable clients, they are seeking a digital analytics managing consultant to lead a team of six to eight analysts identifying core business challenges and objective and delivering on the digital strategy.

THE COMPANY:

This is a fast-growing data analytics agency who offer services spanning from data strategy, data management and data science. This agency has a goal of assisting their reputable clients in predicting customer needs, driving growth and overall connecting people.

This agency is seeking a consultant to lead a team of analyst as well as be happy to have stakeholder engagement being the voice of the analysts in driving the digital strategy & insights.

THE ROLE:

You will be keen to provide actionable insights and offer advice to client around the digital strategy.You will be working amongst the different stakeholder to identify core business challenges and requirements in order to develop a digital solution.You will be mentoring and guiding six direct reports consisting of both junior and senior analysts ensuring smooth delivery of projects.You will use advanced analytics and actionable insights to enhance customer journey and improve user experience.You will translate concepts into digital strategies whilst having strong stakeholder engagementYou will report meaningful insights from digital data sources from multi channels and present of projects.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Digital Analytics Consultant will have the following skills and experience:

Web analytics experience - Google Analytics/GA360, Adobe Analytics, SQL, R, Python, BigQuery,A good understanding of data modelling and visualisation using tools such as Tableau or PowerBiProven commercial optimisation experience using tools for a/b testing and mtv testing is a plus!Extensive experience leading a team of analystStrong ability to engage with stakeholders with good reporting skillsMathematical /statistical background

THE BENEFITS:

Up to 70,000pa (depending on experience)
