Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Application Architect to work with senior stakeholders to deliver multiple digital projects.
Skill-set Requirement
- Degree in Software or Computer Engineering;
- At least 7 years of working experience in developing applications and systems;
- Extensive knowledge in solution architecture using the latest technology;
- Strong experience in programming languages (e.g. PHP, .Net, JavaScript and Python);
- Ability to align application development with business needs using tools MVC, SaaS and PaaS;
- Familiar with Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure and AWS) and Databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle);
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills along with project management capabilities.
Desirable Skills- Familiar with Ad-Tech or Martech.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to determine business-specific application needs and plans;
- Understand the it-is and to-be model for the entire enterprise applications;
- Lead the application development team in designing, testing and modifying the applications;
- Demonstrate application prototypes and implement user feedback for enhancements;
- Mentor junior application developers and provide end-users with technical support;
- Document the end-to-end application development processes, procedures and standards;
- Architect, develop and deploy secure and scalable systems involving multiple technologies and integration with existing systems;
- Engage with project and program leaders from various business units to understand the future business plan;
- Maintain creativity and innovation by understanding industry and technological trends;
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce engineering disciplines and policies/ standards.
