This opening is for a Global Product Data Management (Product Documentation Management ) senior Specialist, who will join a dynamic, fast paced team that works across the globe to, not only manage Product Data, but also to constantly established processes and excel as a world class Product Data organization.

With the guidance of Dells Purpose and Values the successful candidate will contribute to our strategic goals by completing the following tasks:Deploy, maintain and manage Product Data (PD) in the Agile System.Manages PD marketing and engineering changes in support of new products. Manages current products and peripheral components through product release and the associated change activities, post release.Works directly with functional areas to help guide and direct project management to define and design, build and ship systems configuration requirements. Establishes and implements configuration management policies and procedures in support of hardware and software configuration requirements. Ensures data integrity does not fall below established departmental expectationsMethodically directs PD change control activities by researching and validating PD in accordance with configuration management guidelines, specifications, documentation and alerts to ensure valid information through the release of PD. Prioritizes and routes PD for new product launches and sustaining data change requests through the product life cycle, ensuring all relevant and appropriate approvals are in placeValidates and verifies all PD is compliant with customer expectations e.g. SKU Management, Marketing, Pricing, Online, NPI.Through change with cross functional and Global teams, identifying and implementing process improvements as necessary
Qualifications:Graduate degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishProven knowledge of PC database and office applications, Proven skills in dealing with ambiguity, Demonstrated capability to join global programsUnderstanding or experience of the following would be an advantage: Product data configuration/The Agile system/Supply Chain activities/Product Development Activities
