Service Desk Team Leader/ Support Engineer (L3) (JB999)
R20 000 – R25 000 CTC per Month
JHB North

Experienced Team Leader with strong technical (Cyber Security) capabilities required to manage all aspects of the service desk.

Responsibilities:
Set an example by maintaining KPI and performance benchmarks with regards to incidents
Ensure that problems and solutions are properly recorded and documented
Accurately determine priorities in the handling of incoming incidents in accordance with the SOP
Coach and support SD engineers, assesses and records their performance and supports them in
their personal development
Day-to-day management of the Service Desk team
Manage the workflow of all service requests

Requirements:
Relevant IT certification/ Diploma/ Degree
3 + years’ Service Desk experience within the IT industry
1 + years’ supervisory/ management experience
