This is an exciting opportunity to join our new IT Engineering business - a fast-paced, responsive business that's fundamental to delivering the success, ensuring IT projects, programmes and products evolve in step with business needs.

The Role:

*You'll be a vital part of our Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) team, which focuses on selecting the right people to match business demand, allocating resources across IT Engineering, as well as leading on the processes and functional excellence across IT.
*Collaboration and connections are the key words to this role. Across various functions, from Contract and Procurement to Strategy and Planning, you'll be helping to develop effective resource management processes and practices. Ensuring we have the very best information, systems and analytics to drive insights and support decision making across every level of the business.
*You're going to play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment strategy for IT Engineering. In practice that'll mean a wide range of activities, from attending job fairs and visiting universities to working with early careers suppliers. The focus of the role will see you building new channels to market and delivering technology and data projects that underpin recruitment decision making.
*Your talent for analysis will see you expertly identifying current and future skill and capability gaps. Plus, you'll also contribute to analysing recruitment requirements, as well as working closely with the HR team to help perform market scans and assessments for attracting staff, from interns to senior management.
*More specific duties may include providing reports and insights for our Capability Centre (CC) and helping to drive continuous improvement of processes, systems, data and reporting.
*Finally, your excellent people skills are going to be crucial to succeeding in this multi-sourcing environment, developing strong partnerships with a diverse range of mostly virtual stakeholders, as well as supporting the work of the whole of the ERM team to drive performance.

The Candidate:

Alongside your expert analytical and relationship skills, we expect you'll have a robust understanding of IT recruitment and its range of roles and skills. We're keen to hear from men and women who have experience of delivering in a maturing business model, who are happy acting autonomously and are passionate about driving forward-thinking solutions.

Beyond that, we'd hope to see as many of the following on your CV:
*MSP/VMS and Contingent workforce hiring
*An understanding of the disciplines and roles in IT delivery and services.
*Proven expertise in planning and organisation and project management.
*Stakeholder Management
*Skilled in business analysis, reporting and data analytics.
*Experience of HR processes (including recruitment assessments, campaigns and market analysis) is a plus.
