Program Project SupervisorWorks under the direction of the Project Manager and assists in the management and supervision of the staffing and tasks handled by the Electronic Processing Center (EPC). Responsible for supervising and assigning tasks/coaching of Data Specialist (DS) II and DS I staff members.Responsible for working closely with ATR Case Managers on task requirements. Possesses strong skills for assessing data productions from parties to determine if compliance with ATR production specifications has been met. Performs quality control checks on the data loaded by new and junior EFS staff.Assists with the hiring and training of new EPC staff. Provides supervision of outgoing discovery production deliverables per ATR Case Manager requests. Has the flexibility to juggle task loads, which often requires supervising/working on multiple matters simultaneously. As needed, provides hands-on file manipulation, loading, and data conversion services.At times, creates and modifies files for upload into Relativity or other review platforms and performs individual file conversion of native files in support of electronic file processing.Is very familiar with Relativity database structure, Relativity loading protocols and procedures, exporting functions, and database maintenance.May require frequent contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components. a. To provided estimates for completion of loading tasks/production exports. b. Assist with developing solutions to project challenges. c. Consultation on best practicesIs very experienced in working with LAW and Pre-Discovery, including electronic document processing from ingestion of native files through the exporting of load files. At times, serves as the technical lead for electronic files processing, including managing the development of specialized scripts and documentation of processing procedures. Troubleshoots loading and software utility issues as required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.At least two years of supervisory and management experience in an eDiscovery management position, or progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.Must have two years of experience in working with all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) from the information management and collection phases all the way through to the production and presentation phases in a government investigation and/or litigation.At least two years of in-depth experience using Relativity.At least two years of prior experience managing a small team of individuals including supervising and managing direct reports.Proficiently with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, required.Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.Need to be proactive, organized and detail oriented.Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule that at times will include evenings and weekends.Bachelor's degree required.
Certifications preferred: Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Project Management Professional (PMP).Experience in hiring staff.Experience in mentoring/coaching jr staff.
