Preferred Qualifications: CEGBU Oracle Primavera Cloud is growing its Cloud Operations its team.
We are looking for India based individuals who are willing to cover any of our three shifts. We use a follow the sun theory providing 24x7 coverage. As part of this team, you will work with the latest technology offered for hosting CEGBU SaaS products, in Oracles next-generation cloud infrastructure (OCI).
As part of your daily tasks, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Primavera Cloud, Lobby, Preconstruction, and Instantis offerings. Other tasks will include monitoring product usability, preforming maintenance, installation, and configuration tasks as directed. The Cloud Operations team works closely with the Primavera Cloud Development team, as well as other Oracle teams directly involved in Oracles OCI / CNE Cloud offerings.

As a Prime Cloud Engineer, you will be expected to meet the below requirements:
At least 4 years proven implementation, support, consulting and/or development experience in the CRM product family, preferably in a SaaS or Cloud environment management. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience. Proven skills in using industry standard tools and techniques. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Must be flexible and willing to work 12:00PM US Eastern through 9:00PM US Eastern Monday through Friday and also, be available for weekend On-Call from time to time. Experience in troubleshooting performance issues (collect and analyze dumps, run SQL scripts etc.) Experience in any of the following will be considered as an advantage: Mentoring junior team members on new products and technologies, delivering product technical or functional trainings, Knowledge of or experience in: NGINX, IDCS, WTSS, Kubernetes, Docker Images, CNE Secure Store, Weblogic, OBI, Apache Tomcat, IDM / OIM, OHS, Kibana/ELK, Jetty, Hazelcast,
Key technical Analytical Skills: Well-developed troubleshooting skills in the area of functional and technical CRM application environments. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues
Experience in one or more of the following: log reading and analyzing SQL querying Understand modern database structure component types including RAC, EXADATA, VM Database, containerized database, and terminology as such Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps. Troubleshooting in SaaS/Cloud environments

Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. Other qualifications, certifications and work experience within the IT domain may be considered.
Main responsibilities: You will be the technical support interface for CEGBU Primavera Cloud offerings. You will provide environment support to internal Oracle teams, including Development, for resolution of problems related to the use of and maintenance of the Oracle Primavera Cloud offering.
You will have an understanding of both the Primavera Cloud, Preconstruction and Instantis offerings. You will develop an in-depth working knowledge of these products and/or platforms they run on. You will be able to complete assigned duties with minimal directions from management. Routinely, you will act independently while researching and developing solutions for customer reported issues.
Define, design, and implement network communications and solutions within a fast-paced, leading edge database/applications company.
Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity. React to potential problems using automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools - escalating to management where appropriate. Participate in configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system. Responsible for support documentation as well.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2-4 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment.
