Market opportunities are a critical factor in the success of any business, and this role will be responsible for market analysis which will heavily influence new product creation across Olive's product offerings. The ideal candidate should have a passion for understanding and quantifying how the provider market is trending and changing over time to ensure that our product portfolio targets both current and future healthcare opportunities. She/He should have extensive experience sizing market opportunities, both proactively and ad hoc, and leveraging insights to inform and influence product teams and senior leaders. This position will report to the Director, Portfolio Analytics.

ResponsibilitiesPartner with teams across the organization to develop a comprehensive view of the regulatory, technology, and competitive landscapes that will inform the evolution of our product portfolioAnalyze and interpret data to tell us what's happening, what it means, and why it's importantMake data available and usable to key stakeholders to enable evidence-based decision-makingGenerate insights and communicate findings on a regular basis to all levels of management, including senior executivesProactively identify opportunities to acquire data that improves our market knowledgeExecute on multiple projects simultaneously while being cognizant of project priorities and established timelinesProvide guidance and training to less experienced market analysts RequirementsBachelor Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or in an Engineering or Sciences discipline or related degree5+ years of relevant experience developing market insights and quantifying opportunities in healthcareFocus on unbiased, data driven decision making and critical thinkingExperience with tools to analyze, manipulate and visualize datasets (eg Excel/Sheets, Tableau)Strong ability to communicate complicated and nuanced insights in accessible language to relevant stakeholdersNice To HavesExperience with Jira or TrelloIntermediate to advanced SQL or Python skillsAt Olive, we're committed to growing and empowering an inclusive community within our company and industry.
