Your new role The role will report to the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager and will be involved in projects within the company. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of Business Analysts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery business process analysis, work closely with business users, project and technical teams to develop and enhance business processes, drive improvement and ensure delivery of key business and systems projects. The successful candidate will be expected to champion a culture of change and continuous improvement and to promote best practice within the team and to stakeholders across the organisation.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Business Process Analysis
Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts.Senior level responsibility for Business Analysis.Leading the Business Analysis effort on complex, high profile business and IT projects.Identifying, mapping, developing and enhancing work systems and business processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.Working with key stakeholders to identify business problems and to gather requirements.Proactively gathering and analysing data to identify work processes, patterns, and trends.Identifying opportunities for process improvement to improve quality, efficiency and/or value.Developing and presenting findings and recommendations in an appropriate format to stakeholders at all levels and gaining buy in to recommendations.Driving implementation of recommendations and leading in business change initiatives.Conducting post-implementation analysis and seeking further opportunities for improvement.Gaining buy-in and support from key stakeholders at all stages of the change process.
Essential Criteria: (Qualifications, experience, skills, or knowledge you MUST SHOW YOU HAVE to be considered for the job)
Experience of leading a team or project group to include analysis, testing and implementation of business change.Experience of working in a Senior Business Analyst role including experience of: Using a range of investigation techniques including document analysis, workshop facilitation, and analysis tools to define business problems/requirements.Documentation & change management of business case, business processes and requirements using industry standard tools.Building and maintaining successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
