Job Description


This position will work as part of the Lennar HRIS team and be responsible for leading efforts around reporting and security. This position will work with the subject matter experts and owners to gather requirements for Workday reports and will analyze, design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields). This position will need to document the report functionality and design to facilitate ongoing maintenance. As part of the Workday functional support team, this position will participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards.

As an HRIS Lead Analyst, this position would responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the application security strategy for Lennar's Workday platforms and for the biannual updates. This role will work closely with business partners, analysts and cross functional teams to translate security requirements into the configuration enabling role-based workflow and data security. You should be a subject matter expert in their domain that will lead teams on complex projects and mentor junior team members.

* Develop test cases and peer review code of other developers
* Provide production support and respond to issues and incidents on a timely manner
* Develops the security design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday security into production
* Provides mapping of employees to security groups for assignment of security in all phases of testing and production
* Documents security configuration including design blueprints following the end-to-end build
* Creates and maintains test scenarios and materials relating to security
* Participates in the development, validation and execution of comprehensive test plans.
* Performs audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy
* Participates in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards
* Creates, edits and removes organization security roles for the system and provides support for issues relating to user-based security in Workday
* Maintains assignment for User Based Security roles to Employees and/or Positions
* Develops and maintains awareness of divisional and data security and comply with policies and procedures
* Adept at working on multiple concurrent projects with nominal supervision. Capable of educating, coaching, and overseeing the activities of less experienced staff and other team members.
* Identifies and documents business and technical requirements using standard templates
* Monitors effectiveness of current business practices and identifies areas for improvement/innovation. Has exceptional skills and expertise of business processes, and IT systems related to application security.
* Exhibits strong facilitation and communication skills both written and oral and interacts with technical and business personnel.
* Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies
* Apply industry best practices in environment controls and change management.
* Apply in-depth technical analysis to solve system and application issues.


Education and Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or Certification Required
* 7+ years relevant work experience

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Security Administrator to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

Additional Requirements:

* Proficient in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields and Dashboards preferred.
* Experience with HR technologies, systems, and reporting.
* Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical analysis software packages).
* Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
* Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external resources
* Completion of Workday training preferred
* Workday certification is a huge plus
* Relevant Human Resources Information Systems analyst experience (7+ years)
* Hands on Workday Security configuration (7+ years)
* Proficiency in Workday application security administration
* Workday Pro Certified (Security) is a huge plus
