Job Summary

The Lead Designer will be responsible for creative concept, development and execution of visual assets for Allstate's Creative Agency - which includes the Allstate Creative and UX Center of Excellence (Cr/UX COE) This role will bring ideas to life via visual language across all channels/tactics using conceptual thinking, creative problem solving and with design thinking/design first principles.

Key Responsibilities

* Concept, create, design and execute visual designs, visual concepts, branding, advertising campaigns, logos, icons, typography, brand guidelines/style guides, motion titles, motion graphic elements, design extensions, and presentations.
* Hands on champion and steward of Allstate's Visual Identity system, inclusive of all working files, on hand to make updates/revisions as the system evolves.
* Brainstorm and collaborate with creative team on concepts and original campaigns
* Prioritizes workflow effectively, communicating along with the way on progress, challenges and changes with an ability to pivot along the way, balancing budget/resource constraints while advocating for creative excellence.
* Present, pitch and sell in own work and speak to the design thinking behind your concepts and executions
* Organize and archive files on to studio server per guidelines

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications (or equivalent) from a reputable institution is preferred
* 5 or more years of related experience.

* Functional Skills
* Conceptual creative problem solver able to apply ideas across all channels/tactics
* Collaborate with creatives, in particular art directors and designers on concepts and original campaigns
* Meticulous technical designer, with the ability to see a concept through to execution and delivery, both with guiding technical production and also on one's own
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PPT, Keynote
* Knowledge of Front End coding, motion design, After Effects, 3D, Sketch, Zeplin a plus
* Knowledge of Dynamic Creative Optimization and Creative Management Platforms a plus.

Compensation Data

The minimum salary for this position is $75,900. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
