This is a fixed fee/hourly based project which is inclusive of travel, lodging, per diem expenses and all other costs associated with the completion of the associated tasks.

Scope of Work. The Contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) staff augmentation services in support of the Division in coordination with the Departments Office of Information Technology (OIT), to develop, enhance, and support .Net applications. The Contractor must provide the qualified Applications Development Analyst proposed in its Response, and selected by the Division, who has the experience and ability to fulfill the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW).
1. Develop n-Tier Microsoft.Net web applications using C# .Net and Visual Studio. 2. Write necessary stored procedures for databases. 3. Work within, and lead, a development/user team during software development. 4. Perform unit and system testing to ensure the system conforms to detailed requirement specifications. 5. Develop test scripts to support unit testing. 6. Work with the Departments business users to develop test plans to support user testing. 7. Work with the OIT and the Division to gather business requirements for software implementation. 8. Provide maintenance, enhancements, and support for the Departments applications, as needed, including .Net applications and web services that interact with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and FileNet systems. 9. Provide project leadership as directed by the Divisions Contract Manager. 10. Write and provide application and project technical documentation. 11. Write and develop code in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) with comments and versioning control. 12. Mentor Department and Division staff in .Net and FileNet development skills. 13. Ensure that the Departments SDF is followed during the performance of tasks. 14. Provide implementation support for applications and system analysis, design, and programming support. 15. Transfer to OIT staff, the knowledge necessary to maintain applications, including technical knowledge related to the system(s). 16. Complete other related tasks assigned by the Divisions Contract Manager.
