1 Lead with 3 developers. Java, Corticon, Oracle SOA Suite, Weblogic, SQL

What does the ideal candidate background look like
1) Strong Java language skills
2) Strong SQL skills
3) Experience working with SOAP Web services
4) Experience working with Integrated Eligibility systems.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?
20% of time developing new enhancements
50% of time for support, maintenance and monitoring
30% of time to develop fixes for existing production incidents

What skills/attributes are required
1. Six (6) years of system analysis and programming experience on large scale systems, including working directly with customers to define their needs and product outputs satisfying those needs in a pre-determined time frame;
2. Four (4) years of experience designing, documenting, and communicating technical architecture for Java enterprise application development projects;
3. Four (4) years of experience architecting and designing scalable, robust, and secure browser-based enterprise applications to support over 2,000 users;
4. Two (2) years of experience designing architecture and solutions that includes Web Services, XML, SOAP, object persistence methodologies and application
5. Two (2) years of experience developing web-based applications in an integration environment such as Oracle SOA, Corticon, and Weblogic;
6. Two (2) years of experience integrating Enterprise Information Portals and systems Integration;
7. Three (3) years of experience working with database like DB2 v8, Oracle 12c;

What skills/attributes are preferred
1. Experience working with Integrated Eligibility systems.
2. Experience upgrading from Java 1.7 to Java 1.8
