Fuse are working with a close client that are currently at the start of a major IT transformation due to a large investment and growth plans - the business plans to upgrade multiple systems to support this rapid growth and a number of acquisitions.

The Role of the Business Analyst is to help the business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partner. In order to do so, the BA 'documents and translates' business functions and processes against a relevant system design. The BA goes further by participating in functional testing and user acceptance testing of the new system.

As the BA you will:

Lead requirements workshops to validate and challenge 'against principles' the business requirements.Create, to a high standard of quality, 'business scenarios' and 'use case documentation', in addition to decision papers aimed at articulating the business solutions supported.The BA will create additional design supporting documentation as specifically directed by leads and/or global process owners aka 'the business'.Undertake requirements analysis with an impact assessment on change definition.Take ownership of requirement baselines and maintain traceability of requirements through the change lifecycle.

Essential skills/qualifications

SAP ERP programmeCRM (ideally salesforceMinimum 5 - 10 years BA experience.Demonstrate the ability to rapidly understand a business process [even if previously there has been no engagement with that particular business process area].Strong knowledge of business process mapping with end to end thinking.The ability to question & query current process against solution capability and what the business actually needs.Able to work in a complex, global, dynamic organisation and able to be effective within matrixed reporting environments and multi-partner contexts.Experienced meeting/workshop facilitator.Any experience in Anaplan or Service now
