A newly created opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst has been created within our exciting client in Central Brighton. This is a role that offers scope for progression. Core responsibilities as follows

Maintain effective procedures for the maintenance and usage of specific systems as defined by the Technical Support ManagerProvide an effective helpdesk serviceMaintain network security at operating system level, incorporating Cyber Security awareness, training and implementationTechnical level knowledge of - Active Directory and Azure, Citrix, VMWare/Hyper-VLAN, VLAN's, WAN and proximity security systemsMaintain and support audio and video conferencing systems
