Our cloud infrastructure team is growing again and were looking for the best of the best to support how our unique cloud strategy will unlock revenue opportunities for our channel partners.

We have a great opportunity available for a highly qualified Cloud Infrastructure Technical Presales Solutions Engineer focused on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services in India. This role will provide technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities. The successful candidate will develop general knowledge across all IT areas and assist in the assessment, architectural reviews, design, demonstration, and enhancement of technology solutions as required by the partner.

Effectively communicate and educate IT channel partners on technical enablement and the incredible benefits of the Ingram Micro IaaS strategy

Support the end to end sales process through engagement and qualifying technical requirements

Maintain continuous improvement via self-research, vendor training, and certification programs
Successfully prepare and deliver presentations communicating the Ingram Micro IaaS value proposition, technology solutions, and business case to partners
Consult channel partners by providing end-to-end solution expertise to determine best architectures and cloud services to meet business needs
Effectively execute and support Ingram Micros cloud strategy for channel partners including subscription migration frameworks, cloud transformation pillars, and partner technical onboarding processes
Support our channel partners in pre-sales and post-sales technical inquiries
Engage with channel partners on technical calls, on-site meetings, and webinars on best practice architecture designs tailored to their requirements
Build and communicate best practice highly available and resilient solution architecture designs
Validate and finalize the most suitable vendor solution that addresses customer pain points
Analyze customers business objectives and assess current technical capabilities by asking probing questions

5years of experience spanning at least two cloud IT disciplines including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations

Good understanding of the IT industry, the cloud services landscape, the reseller channel, and technology distribution

Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint

Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, above-average problem-solving agility, and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Public cloud certifications (AWS, Azure)

Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
Min 5 to 8 Years.
