Product Management Working with the Product Director to prepare a roadmap, contribute ideas, identify opportunities and define functional requirements in the product backlog
Groom requirements into Epics related to product areas and confirm readiness for sprint planning Derives input for enhancement and maintenance of existing product/features

Filling the gap between high level product requirements and concepts and defining clear specifications that will guide the delivery plan (functional and non-functional requirements)

Requirements engineering Leads investigation process to interview end users to understand their needs and requirements from the Backoffice tool
Writes detailed scope documents and Epics and provides clarifications on these for the development team
Creation/maintenance and management of requirements in VersionOne.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (alignment with delivery team and Business Analysts)
Be an advocate for user experience and a promoter of user experience-driven focused work throughout the team and the whole company.
Co-ordination of dependencies between tasks, scrum teams or projects
Maintenance and enhancements of the product, ensuring steady development of existing product
Conception of innovative ideas to enhance the tools and provide high level requirements

Working with Delivery teams Responsible for clarification of open topics with Product Director/ Business analysts
Working with scrum teams and participating in their ceremonies (Grooming, planning, reviews)
Alignment with other backlogs (functional level)
Review (functional) test cases

Bridging between worlds (Product, Operational units, Scrum team, different locations, )

A strong need for a product management or engineering background in the field we are in (e-gaming) or experience in managing product development of backoffice tools: a big part of defining a successful product is in understanding technology and seeing how it might be applied to help solve a relevant problem or exploit a certain (future) opportunity

3years of experience driving product development across multiple channels, in coordination with internal stakeholders
Good technical understanding Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams and to internalize new processes and developments in a highly dynamic industry.
Ability to support business cases creation, detailed functional specifications and wire frames, with an excellent track record of developing, launching, and marketing online products.
Proven track record in requirements engineering
Good analytical, modelling and writing skills - convey the message in the shortest possible way to communicate information effectively to stakeholders, managers, and technical teams
Interviewing skills - to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information
Flexible modelling skills - (e.g. use case modelling) to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language

A broad and comprehensive technical understanding is required as well as a good understanding of product development processes and concepts (especially in an agile environment)
Experience in development of admin tools
Ability to present ideas and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats
Proven track record for successful project management
Excellent communication skills (English) in both written and verbal format
Not afraid of the very last detail to go into / but ability to aggregate to a proper level of information for others
