Payment Execution Services (PES) provide a single entry point for all payments in Investment Bank. Payments is a core product for Cash Management and one of the growth areas in Bank's strategy. In order to support the growth ambitions and to remain a leading global player in the competitive payments market, significant investment in the payment infrastructure of Deutsche Bank are applied. The changes must support market dynamics - changing market infrastructures, evolving client demand and increasing competition - and must address the Bank's existing infrastructure complexity. The foundation to this investment is a target state architecture for the end-to-end payment process.
PES is service-oriented architecture based on a functional decomposition of the end-to-end payment lifecycle, in which each independent service has stable APIs and represents one function of the payment process. It is considered the best way to meet the demands for increased resiliency, flexibility, availability, and all other important '-ilities'. It also enable usage a cloud-based infrastructure which brings cost-efficiency, 24*7 availability, reduced downtimes and horizontal scalability. Furthermore, the future infrastructure for payments needs to allow much faster time to market for product innovations while at the same time ensuring a cost efficient payment process.
Responsibilities

. Coordinate incoming business & technical requeste
. Estimate, delegate, manager team activities
. Points of SDLC authority: estimation, delivery, quality, deployment, research, deployment, plan, report, process improvements
. Design and develop new functionality
. Working with Scrum Masters, BAs & other team mates on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis and design
. Coding and testing, reviewing other team member's changes
. Document business and functional requirements, design decisions and API
. Co-working with QA team on test automation of new and existing functionality
. Contribute to the definition of the future state of the system architecture
. When product and architecture experience gained, mentor and direct more junior developers
Skills
Must have
To be expert in Enterprise Java including frameworks: Java 8+, Spring, Oracle DB, JMS, Solace JMS, Apache Tomcat, Web services, Git, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins / TeamCity, SDLC, Sonar, Geneos
Understand and possible to tune all SDLC processes using tools: JIRA, Confluence, TDD, Agile / Scrum
