As part of the Sourcing and Recruitment team you will take responsibility for leading a group of IT Recruitment Business Analysts or Operational Sourcing And Recruitment Analysts. As a senior IT Recruitment Business Analyst, youll be a vital part of our Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) team, which focuses on selecting the right people to match business demand, allocating resources across IT Engineering, as well as leading functional excellence in resource management, Sourcing, Supplier management and Recruitment Strategy.
Collaboration and relationship management are the key words to success in this role. Across various functions, from Contract and Procurement to Strategy and Planning, youll be helping to develop effective sourcing and recruitment processes and practices. Ensuring we have the very best Data, information and analytics to drive insights and support decision making across every level of the business.
Whats the role?
As our Subject matter expert and leader within ERM, youre going to play a pivotal role in building , driving strategy and development of new process and procedures that drive quicker time to value, You will be supporting the operation sourcing strategy aligned to IDE driving KPIs that drive recruitment and sourcing best practice.
The focus of the role will see you managing supplier relationships through close communication and collaboration to drive the fulfilment of demands.
Your talent for leading a team and challenging the business by driving analysis that will see the team expertly identifying current and future skill and capability gaps in order to support on going evolution of our supplier delivery landscape.
More specific duties may include providing reports and insights for our Capability Centre (CC) LT and wider audience and stakeholders Driving the continuous improvement of processes, systems, data and reporting. With the most critical of the role being the lead representative to hiring managers to support creating the right content , context and requirements to inturn empower suppliers to provide the right profile first time , every time.
Finally, your excellent people skills are going to be crucial to succeeding in this multi-sourcing environment, developing strong partnerships with a diverse range of mostly virtual stakeholders, as well as supporting the work of the whole of the ERM team to drive performance.

Team management, Senior stakeholder engagement Strategic and tactical project delivery with the ability to put together projects or executive packs MSP/VMS and Contingent workforce hiring Skilled in reporting and data analytics. An understanding of the disciplines and roles in IT delivery and services. Proven expertise in planning and organisation, project management and business/ data analysis skills. Be comfortable in operational, tactical and strategic work.
Any additional resource management or supplier management would be advantageous.
