What you'll achieve
As an APJ 3rd party CP Buyer you will work closely with product & sales teams to identify strategic growth opportunities and drive the onboarding process of 3rd party vendors for our Consumer & Small Business segment on
You will:
Leverage market data, customer insights and competitor analysis, to identify growth opportunities, build business cases and make brand / SKU recommendations
Support the development of a 3-year growth strategy that aligns to the global Client Peripheral Go Big strategy, and the successful execution of this strategy
Collaborate with Product Planners and Global Business Operations teams to determine regionalgrowth targets
Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, from opportunity Evaluation to product launch working closely with internal cross functional teams and external partners to ensure a streamlined process and communication
Strategize, build and deliver pitches to evangelize Dell to vendors, on strategic partnership, value prop and growth opportunities
Develop and manage external partner relationship with key vendors and distributors, to optimize onboarding & launch process, and ensure optimal 4P execution
Track category health performance and work action plans with regional Go-to-Market teams to drive performance improvements

Essential Requirements
5+ years of relevant business experience preferably in the IT industry (Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, Sales Operations)
Ability to assess market opportunity, understanding of P&L and financial concepts, advanced analytical skills and ability to convert insights to strategic actions
Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and represent Dell in external partner meetings
Experience onboarding and managing relationships with external partners / vendors and/or distributors
Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management skills - Ability to drive end-to-end process within cross-functional stakeholders to launch new programs and/or products
Creative thinking - ability to look for new and improved ways to achieve goals, and a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Japanese)
Desirable Requirements
Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
