We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Title.

Principal responsibilities

Analyze and troubleshoot incidents assigned to you.
Engage with other downstream Application teams and Infrastructure teams as required, to assist in investigations and recover the affected services.
Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of the incident and ensure fixes and procedures are put in place to avoid consistent re-occurrence of the issue.
Act as a coordinator between multiple teams during investigations and crisis calls to triage and successfully recover services within the agreed SLA.


Qualifications

Requirements

Good analytical and problem solving skills that help in recovering services from outages.
Skills in trouble shooting Java Applications deployed on any of the industry standard Front-end Application Servers such as IBM WAS, IBM WPS, JBoss, PCF instance.
Hands on experience on UNIX Shell scripting, python, process automation and service improvements.
Experience in any ticketing Tool e.g. JIRA Service Desk / BMC Remedy / GSD / Service Now.
Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management.
Exposure to providing application and infrastructure support in a fast paced environment.
