Job Description

Engineer is expected to work for Service Assurance products in delivering customized customer specific features in agreement with customer facing team.. Engineers are expected to deliver customized solution by

Modelling
Stitching
Plan derivation
Customized integration
Writing a wrapper around the product functionality,
Product exposed API,
Product DB Queries,
Scripts
Product customization
3rd party products customized integration and trouble shooting

Job Responsibilities Competencies

Expected to work with Nokia Assurance Domain products for services team
Need to have a close association with customer facing team, agree on scope, understand the technical details and translate into implementation then perform quality delivery and support
Nokia defined quality process to be followed
Expected to work on scope definition, system specification document, code, trouble shoot, test, deploy, deliver, support and after delivery support at times
Hands on experience on
Cloud based products development
Containers, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes
Web standards and technologies: REST, SOAP, Wildfly
Databases and related technologies - Maria DB , Oracle, SQL
Scripting: Perl, Python, Drools, Groovy
Git, Gerrit, Jira
Bachelors in Engineering/ with 7+ Years of experience with major experience in Service assurance Domain
Good logical and analytical understanding Team player with good interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication Service and Customer oriented, ability to work under pressure
